You’re in the Village path. Paid members activate via a Builder Invitation email (not a public wallet form). This page is your first-hour checklist after activation.

Your path

  1. Open your Builder Invitation email

    Done when: you complete /onboarding/… and membership is ACTIVE.

  2. Open Builder Wallet

    Done when: wallet shows Connected and Builder Fuel is ready.

  3. Explore the Town map

    Done when: you know which franchise you want (54 seats · 6 industries).

  4. Claim commercial seats

    Needs active membership. Builder = 1 node · Pro/Premium = 4 independent nodes. Done when: seats show on My Nodes.

  5. Clone the merchant template

    Use “Use this template” on GitHub. Done when: local node passes test_node.py.

  6. Read Dual-Mode

    Village traffic stays virtual; live clients use API keys. Done when: you know both paths.

  7. Deploy + get buyer traffic

    Done when: crawler marks you ONLINE and Town buyers complete purchases.

Build once. Deploy anywhere.

What you run in PayPort Village is a production-shaped FastAPI node. Village buyers prove the protocol; the same deploy can later serve real clients. See Dual-Mode.
